We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and dedicated Office Manager to join our team. This is a vital role integral to the smooth running of the school. You will be responsible for:
•    Contributing to the ethos, aims and values of the school.
•    Promoting and safeguarding the welfare of children they come into contact with
•    Organising and providing effective school administration, it’s management information systems and provide comprehensive administrative service for the school staff.
•    Being the first point of contact for all pupils, staff, parents and visitors.
•    Administering the personnel admin processes related to the appointment of all staff from recruitment, pre employment checks and employment and induction. 


Your qualities will include 
•    Minimum GCSE (or equivalent) English and Maths and grade A-C.
•    Knowledge of specialist ICT packages, eg finance and SIMS
•    Good communication skills, oral and written
•    Excellent organisational skills
•    Experience of office administration
•    Experience of working in a school environment
•    Displaying commitment to the protection and safeguarding of children and young people.

As this role is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974, the successful candidate will be subject to an enhanced DBS check with a Barred List check. Our pre-employment process will also include Teacher Prohibition List checks, overseas checks (where applicable); proof of qualifications (as specified in the person specification); section 128 checks (for those in management roles); medical fitness checks; identity and right to work checks.  Applicants for roles working with children under five years during the school day and under eight years for those working in wraparound care will also be subject to Childcare Disqualification checks.
