This term our topic is
What have the Romans ever done for us? Well, we are about to find out as we embark on our latest topic of INVADERS!
We will be looking at how the Roman Empire spread, what resistance they met when they came to Britain and the legacy they left behind.
In English, we will be exploring the legend of Romulus and Remus as well as finding out what Roman life would have been like using the text, “Roman Diary” by Richard Platt.
Year 3 will learn about teeth and the digestive system in science this term - look out for us following the journey of a ham sandwich through our bodies from start to...er...finish!
In RE, we will be thinking about what it means to be a Hindu in Britain today and continuing our PSHE curriculum by focusing on our relationships with those around us.
We are continuing our trombone lessons with a specialist teacher and receiving tennis tuition with a coach from Harbury Tennis Club.
